Dandara Living has been shortlisted for not one, but two accolades in the inaugural BTR 360 Awards, organised by Property Week.

These prestigious awards celebrate exceptional innovation, leadership, and vision in the BTR sector, and nominations in both the 'BTR Developer of the Year' and 'BTR Operator of the Year' categories is recognition of our commitment to creating much needed, high quality new homes in city centre regeneration areas.

We are immensely proud to be recognised for our dedication and innovative approach within the BTR sector. This double nomination is a significant achievement for Dandara Living. It echoes the passion, hard work, and resilience of our team. We remain committed to pushing boundaries, enhancing our resident experiences, and leading the way in the BTR sector.

Having already been recognised in this year’s RESI Awards as Property Manager of the Year, the team hopes for even more accolades at the BTR 360 Awards.

As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on our future, with a strong pipeline of upcoming sites across the UK. Our latest development in Birmingham, Unity and Armouries, is nearing completion, and sites in Bristol and Glasgow are set to finish construction later this year. Dandara Living also has numerous sites with planning approved in Luton, Staines, Edinburgh, and Manchester.

The awards ceremony takes place on 10th October at 30 Euston Square in London and will be attended by professionals from across the property sector.
